Geez, you can get to 110! my truck will not go past 107 as indicated by my GPS. The speedo usually reads about 106 +/- I've got an Edge Juice/ Attitude, I was under the impression, I could get mine to go past 107 on level #5? no go 107. What sucks is that if your going 70-80 and punch it on #5 the truck takes no time what so ever to get to the fuel-cut. Let me know if there is a solution. Not that I really want or need to go that fast, it's just nice to know I could if I had to.

I hate to admit to this but I had an Acura Integra GS-R (all stock no rice) when I was in high school. My girlfriend and I were coming home from dinner late, and took a romantic drive through the country way home. Well I guess we came up on a couple in the middle of nowhere arguing about something? the guy arguing was outside of his 80's Cadillac 2-door and was going to throw-something at his girl/ wife. Well we had to stop at the intersection where this went down. The guy made eye contact with my girl and started running toward her. I slammed the gas and took off, the guy jumps in his Cadillac and chased us down these rural roads, I couldn't do anything about it and I didn't want to stop as nobody was near. I headed to the freeway and jumped on, got the Integra up to about 130 mph or so maybe faster, and looked back, didn't see him anymore. So yeah, I've been paranoid about a situation like that again ever since.

Also when I lived in Austin, I can't think of anyplace around where I could get a pickup up to those speeds, where the hell would you try something like this? Hwy 620? or 183 headed toward Cedar Park? I once got my CTD up to around 90 ish on accident driving on the down hill side of 2222, but that day I was running late to work.

This happened far West of Austin on I-10. The other truck is a 2001 and could clearly go 120 or better. I want to remove that limitation on mine not only for this, but also if I ever decide to drag race on a 1/4 mile track.

Note: I have 3. 73 gears and 35" Toyos. This helps me to get there, but not past that.
