I love to reload and I have to because some of my rifles are by definition wildcats! One is A 22-06 ackley improoved. Another is A 270 based on A 300weatherby case full length with a double ventrifyed 270weatherby case neck.

My pet load is 86. 2 grains of imr7828 behind a 180 grain barnes xlcbt bullett in a 300weatherby. With a balistic coificent of . 552 and a muzzle veolosity of 3245 feet per second.

Reloading ~ hunting can be a love of a lifetime:D

Rolling your own ammo is a lot of fun. I have done it for several years now. I maily load for my 300 Weatherby and 222 Remington and the 6mm. Enjoy! and be safe

Ditto. I've been reloading on the same RCBS Rockchucker press since I was 19 ( now 40  ). It's a ton of fun and there's nothing better than getting your favorite rifle/handgun tuned in with loads that you made with your own 2 hands.
