Remote Door Lock Problem

The last couple of weeks my remote door lock has only worked intermittently. It still unlocks fine and the lights flash when the lock button is pressed but the horn doesn't blow nor the doors lock.

Any suggestions?

Have you changed the remote battery recently? The remotes on my '04 would do funny things when the battteries got weak.

I tested voltage of the battery and found it above 3volts. Since the problem exists with both keys, I think something else is wrong. I installed a BD Cool Down Timer shortly before this started so have a suspicion that it is affecting the doorlocks. I've posted on BD's forum to see if they have seen it happen before. Maybe I'll get an answer yet.
