remote start / alarm

I will do the install myself. I do have the know how and the tools. No one touches my truck but me. I know that DEI makes a bunch of alarms..... but which fits my needs best. DEI site is confusing to say the least. They are also located within 25 miles of where I live. Maybe I will visit the factory. Thanks for your input.

Well I have read further and the Clifford G5 does not have a two way remote. Am I correct?

I don't know about all this laptop programing.



Is there a system, that allows you to change the shut down (turbo saver) time, easlily from inside the cab? So I could change it, every time I went to turn off my truck, if I wanted too.

O. K Laptop programming.

The Cliffnet Wizzard allows A ton of parameters to be adjusted. I. E wait to start light , run time , stage one shock senitivity , entry delay , even download and install custom siren sounds on some models (Any Wav file Oo. ) light flash sequence , Time until shutdown if unauthorized vehicular use is detected will shut it down after a user set time, auto arm lock delay , auto arm defeat , custom arm and disarm sequences , control chirp volume , auto start for extended parking which monitors a user set battery voltage drop , 8 channels worth of accessory programming for things like exhaust brake , espar , generator , windows up , down , and auto vent mode , etc etc.







NOW they offer two way remote display AND vehicular GPS tracking for those secret covert operations if in the event your rig is ... . borrowed.

I don't have a laptop and don't plan on getting one.



Nor would a want an alarm that was pricey enough that it had

that capiablity.



I've got to save my money for a new turbo. =)
