Removal of rocker panel?

I have one piece of rocker panel that has "bubbled" away from the truck on one side. The manufacturer is sending me a replacement piece. When I asked for advice as to removing the warped piece, all I got was "Use Force"... .

Anyone have any experiance with this. would appreciate any advice!
