You win the cookie! I loosened on all my injector lines last night while the truck was idleing. The number 5 cylinder is causing the rough idle.
The truck runs very rough with any of the injectors loosened, but when I loosen the #5 injector, the noise gets slightly louder, but the engine doesn't shake as much.
I took out my delivery valves and compared them hoping to find a problem. But of course, I didn't. I assume the problem is internal to the pump and I will just live with the roughness.
Thanks for your input. I can admit now that I was wrong for assuming the 370's were causing the roughness.
I would put them back in, but I just installed them in a fellow TDR members truck (also a '94) to compare. He is going to test them for a week.
