2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Removing front Rotors

Should be the same as my 96:



Remove caliper, remove axle nut, remove 4 bolts on the inside of the hub, pull off rotor hub assy while pushing axle in (don't want it to come out too).



To reinstall, do just the oposite.



Use your OEM service manual for pics and torque specs.



The rotor is a press fit onto the hub assy - you need a press to separate the two.

Also if you replace your rotor, you should have it resurfaced so it is true to the hub.



"they" (manufactures) state you don't need to, but it is best to to prevent brake pulsing. Most shops recommend it. If you have a way to check it, after pressing on the new rotor, chuck it up in something to see if it is true or not.
