Renew Question... Won't accept last name.

I'm trying to renew my subscription and it won't accept my last name and email address. Any ideas?

If this is the first time you've ever renewed or subscribed online, then it does not have any history. You'll have to type everything in, then next year, you'll be able to have the software remember you.
