renew subscription

would like to renew on line. how is it done. tried it doesnt work for me. after selecting international for canada. click on proceed to checkout , says cart is empty. cant get it to proceed past that point. help. thanks. :{

I am very sorry that you're having trouble with the online subscription software. The simplest way to renew, considering the problems with the online renewal, is to call us at: 770-886-8877. Or call our toll-free renewal number at: 888-440-8371.



I checked, and we have received Canadian renewals online as recently as June 6, 2005. I'm afraid I don't know who you are having problems, but we'll be very glad to help via our toll-free number.



And I will look into what may be causing the problem.
