OK, I renewed online just now, and paid by Visa.



3 things...



1. How come the web order form does not show member # or user name?



2. How can I be sure that the moneys paid actually go to renewing/extending my current membership vs. starting a whole new one?



3. How come we cannot just pay with paypal? It seems as though the credit card was processed thru a paypal system anyways.

I apologize for the delay in responding, but I took a few days off.



1. The web subscription/renewal software is not linked in any way to our live database. So, the software does not currently indicate member number or username. We've considered uploading that information, but we know that software is very unfriendly. So this year we are looking to change the software we use for subscriptions/renewals. Once we locate a better product, we'll see about including that information.



2. If you check your issues remaining (once we've had time to process your renewal), you can verify your issues were added to your existing account. Our software update that information nightly. That information is availablae by clicking on the link (top navigation bar) TDR Magazine -> Subscription Status.



3. Paypal, great question. I will add this to my things to get done list. We've got a few requests to take Paypal, so it is time to get it done.
