Legal Issue with a surveillance Camera

Farm Bureau

Okay, so we bought a new house and decided to rent out the one we're in now. Moving this weekend. Main reason for the new place is that it has a shop. Oo. Only lived here 2 years, we were really missing the 30x50 shop we had at the old palce where we lived for the previous 20+ years.

So anyways, I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with renting, I'm kinda new at it, and specifically, does anyone have a rental agreement form? I know, I know, there are several places that you can buy them, but that costs money.

Thanks for the help and advice.

I have 6 duplexes I rent out as well as a condo. There's an organization called the national association of independent landlords that's worth your joining. I think it's 40 bucks or so and they send you a packet of forms that's worth the 40 easy. You'll get a lease form, applications and assorted paperwork. They will also run credit and background checks for you for a nominal fee. With just one place to fill I suggest you take your time and be as selective as possible. Also something I've recently discovered is to avoid people in the outdoor construction trades. When the weather gets cold and they can't work, guess who gets paid last?
