Repair Bedliner

I was hauling construction equipment and damaged bedliner on my tailgate. There must be some kind of touchup material for this, but not sure what it would be or where to obtain. Anyone know?

Not the cheapest around but if used by the Navy, must be good stuff! Also available in colors both smooth and textured.

I'd like to get enough to repaint the truck! Sure would make it almost bullet proof for anything off road.
