Replace Center Driveshaft Bearing

I am going to replace the center diveshaft bearing on my 2005. Just have 40k on it. Does anyone have suggestions on removal and installing without a press?

Take it to a drive line shop. Usually they will install it for free if when you purchase the bearing from them. Plus they know how to handle it with out damaging it.
