Bart makes a strong truck wheel. They are available in 16. 5" & 15" only. But are very wide. Limited back spacing choices too.

It might be tough to find a tire that will give you the things you are looking for. Plus you would either not use 4 wheel drive or change the front rims too.
The coolest tire & wheel combo I would want to run on a Dooley is below (non towing or hauling). With the correct back spacing & offset, they could be tucked inside the duallys extended quarter panels. 3 problems with this picture. The rims are 15". The tire is a 15" ,Mickey Thomsom Sportsmans are a bias ply tire and they are not even close to the weight ratings you need.
