Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Replace valve cover gasket?

Truck has 148k on it, I don't think the valves have been adjusted, so I figure may as well do it. The valve cover gasket, it that something I will need to replace when I pull the cover off? Not exactly sure if it's like a gasser with a rubber/cork gasket, or it has an o ring... or... ?

You can re-use it if it's in good shape, not cracked, etc. It's not cork.
