Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Replacement 24v Motor

Have a guy that needs a new motor for a 2000. He wants a new one or real low mile pull out. we are in NE Arkansas but he will travel a few hundred mile to get it. Any suggestions? Thanks

It may be a little far but I have one in my 99 ram with about 8,000 to 11,000 miles on it here in Michigan. The head is o-ringed and has studs. I am looking to convert over to a 12 valve motor and manual trans.
