Replacement door jam sticker

I just recently had the drivers side of my truck replaced after a deer hit the two doors and bed. I am trying to find a place to get a replacement sticker that specifies the GVW, recommended tire pressure etc. for quick reference.
Does any one have a idea where I could find this? i doubt the local dealership would have one for my 03.
If not i could do some research and find the numbers that related to my truck and type out my own label... I might get to know my truck better doing it this way.

A sign or decal place Maybe ?. Do you have a picture of the original ?.

Not sure on your style sticker required.

I know the one with the actual VIN on it cost me $185.

Not sure if this is something available via Tech Authority if it's not the one with the VIN on it might be worth a shot.
