Just replaced my lp. Getting readings of 12 psi idle and can pull it down to 2-3psi without much effort. Would fittings help solve my low psi problem?

the only thing I have learned is I got a pusher 7# pump. looks like the stock one but a different number. tied the wiring in with the stock pump... . Now this makes too much pressure... Get A mechanically adjustable regulator, run it between the stock pump and the filter,... then run the return line back to te inlet of the pusher. this way neither pump is working hard... ... I have this setup and still have 15 idle (adjusted), 12-14 cruise, and no less than 10 WOT... . haven't touched it for 4 years.

I put on -6AN fittings and hose up front off the frame line and the OEM LP on the frame and have 14psi idle 13 cruise out to 75mph and 10. 5 WOT. been this way for nearly 2 years. IMO the OEM LP will last much longer off the engine.

Janetty racing had it, Don't know if they still do... most Diesel product spos have it... .

Yes I just tapped into the LP Wires to go to the pusher...
