Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
While I'm considering changing the front end suspension with a leveling kit, I thought I'd try to address the rear also.
What I'm thinking is purchasing lift spring packs and shortening or completely removing the lift blocks that are in place from the factory. I'm not too concerned with carrying capacity because the truck has a set of Firestone airbags on it.
What are your thoughts? I'm thinking the ride might possibly improve and axle wrap would be less by eliminating the blocks.
