My friend(and fellow TDR member) is in trouble. His trans went out today while working away from home. He is currently staying in Hesperia CA. He needs his trans rebuilt by a reputable shop.

Truck is a 95 3500 Auto. Has some upgrades in/for the trans(BD Converter)

He has enough AAA miles to get it towed to my area(Antelope Valley) if there is one here. He is just without his truck and the job ends on Wed.

I know nothing about the autos and have no experience with and trans shops in my area.

Call Craig at Big Power Diesel in Palmdale, 661-947-7278. He gave me a number once of a shop in Inglewood, I lost it, where alot of his customers get transmission work done. I believe they deal with Suncoast and DTT.

Thankyou! He talked with Mike and worked out what they could do for him. We even got it figured out how to tow the truck down there. Thanks, Earl

Trampline man is right on the money!

I got my "Bill Kondolay TRANSMISSION makeover" in BC during April 2001 with a 9k miles coast to coast trip before heading off for Europe. Now the odometer is reading 118k+ miles and boy am I SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I went to see Bill, Stefan and the Wolf crew before heading out east!!

These DTT-accredited transmission guys will see you right!!

Well, it turns out he really destroyed the trans. Broken gears and stuff. But Mike fixed him up real good. He says the truck drives better than when he first got it. Even better than when he had the trans rebuilt the first time. He is real happy with the job that was done, the service he got from Inglewood Transmossion Service and the willingness to explain what/how everything was done. Pat said it was an easy A+ rating(and that dosen't happen from Pat to easy).

Thanks for the help everyone.
