At least it dosen't hurt when I sit on my wallet anymore. Smoke is coming, I haven't got it out of the shop yet. Picking it up Saturday morning & trying to get in on a dyno on the way home. Shop did tell me they had it out with EZ on 3 & PMCR on 9/9 with no egt problems. Can't wait to get my hands on it! Photos are of the Arias Forged pistons, arp studs, and HT3B bottom turbo.

Had a chance to run on a dyno today, 471 HP, & 1571 TQ continuous with egt's under 1250*. Torque peaked at 1760 & HP at 524. EZ on 3, PMCR on 7/7, early twins. Tried to turn it up more but the tires kept going up in smoke. I expected a little more HP & less tq. Now all I need is to find a gear box that'll take it on the highway in high gear at my GCW.
 
What are you guys doing for intercoolers? Using the stocker? Im new to the CTD and its performance but I do have a heavily modded PSD and the Spearco IC I added keeps the EGTS under control!!!

From reading on here a bit it seems high egts and cracked pistons are an issue with the turned up CR's.

I would like to add a Spearco to my 07 now to try to prevent that. I have no plans for high power with this truck, the smarty is all, just need a reliable tow rig.

Just curious as Im new around here.
