I haven't contributed much over the last couple years since I sold my 91, but just wanted to let you guys know I'll be fading out of this forum completely soon.

I have decided to retire early, and my last work day is June 8th. Oo.

The next week we will be leaving in the boat and cruising all summer in the Erie Canal, eastern great lakes, Thousand Island area, and up into the Georgian Bay. Will return end of Sept.

At least that is the plan.

Internet access will be spotty, so I won't be on the net very much. Also will have too much to do to bother.

Will be smelling diesel all summer as boat is "powered" by a single Ford-Lehman naturally aspirated ancient diesel. 120 horsepower.

So thanks for all the great info, laughs and entertainment over the years.

Keep on truckin'.

Jay

Wow, congrats! Enjoy your time. If you end up sitting around in September with nothing to do, post up some pics of your adventure!

Well congrats. Enjoy some well deserved relaxation. I doubt I will ever see retirement, so I am a little jealous.

Enjoy your retirement!! I was born and raised in Albany NY but escaped in the late 1960s. There is a ton of this countrys history in the areas you are planning on seeing enjoy your time there.
