Return Springs

I need some help locating some throttle return springs! I have that dreaded lurching in 3rd while pulling. There is a TSB to fix it but Dodge wants $210 plus labor, and all this can be cured with a couple of aftermarket springs. Where I live there must be a shortage on springs because they are hard to be had! If someone knows of a good place let me know. .
