I got the front bumper a couple weeks ago. Reunel puts a mirror polish on the stainless steel. It retains the strength and looks of their traditional, mild steel bumpers while looking great on the third generation Rams. They use 3/16" steel which saves weight compared to most aftermarket bumpers, and the 304 stainless is three times as strong as mild steel so there is no sacrifice in strength. The bumper shown has a Warn 16. 5ti winch built into it.

having seen this bumper in person, i must say it looks really good. i normally dont like what i consider to be big bumpers on normal size trucks, but this bumper looks really good!

Okay Joe, so is this a teaser to make us wait for the next edition of the TDR mag? And I wish you would put some color film in your digital camera for the magazine this time. :D

I love my painted reunel front bumper on my 1996... . Wow i bought it used with the headlight bars and everything for 700 bucks... gotta love ebay... . it was local too :) Normal retail is around 3k

I did upload a photo but it went "somewhere" on this website instead of in the post. Robin is going to help me get the photo into the thread.

Here is what I do not understand on the aftermarket bumpers for our Rams,no matter what year it is. ALL of the current aftermarket bumpers made for our trucks,by the biggest aftermarket bumper manufacturers,do not have a proper fit. Let me explain if I can,When you pay the megabucks for one of these spiffy bumpers and bolt them up,step back and look at your truck from the side and see how much of the inner fenderwell you will have to "trim or remove" so you can not see it or have it hanging below your new bumper.

Road Armor,Reunel and Buckstop are the closest fit,yet you still have to cut down the inner fenderwell to ensure the proper look. With the amount of money a owner pays for their products one would think that one of these builders could make one to fit the body lines without having to use the Exacto knife to trim anything away.

There is a young buck running around my area with a set of the Reunels on his second gen V10 truck and I must admit they do look nice. Maybe I am too picky to expect that they could make one to fit the factory body lines without having to trim anything away... ... ... . Andy

Joe, I wanna se those pics, man! The dually needs something to set it off! Stacks just might do the trick, but a nice stout bumper would help out in traffic with these f in CA drivers!

That is exatly why I had mine custom made. I like all the big aftermarket bumpers, but I wanted a custom look. I paid less for this bumper that I would have with manufactured one. I think it looks just as good if not better than a manufactured one. Plus it has everthing I wanted on the bumpers.

Robin got the picture into my first post. Thanks.

Some of the other brands copy Reunel, and some use pipe from the oilfields that was laying in ditches, literally.

The Reunel sticks out farther than stock to make room for a winch. they also try to keep the approach angle as good as possible so it is not quite as low as stock. The parts in front of the wheels is higher for better clearance in extreme 4 wheeling.

It looks awesome Joe. The forged 05 wheels will look nice on it with those bumpers. :)
