Revised lower door seals

Does anyone know the proceedure for replacing the newer version of the bottom door seal? Any pics?

Come on guys,... Someone has to know? With these new inner/bottom door seals, you need to drill ( 2 ) additional holes in the door. I'm pretty sure where to drill but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Anyone?
