Revive Turbo and Engine Cleaner

I've got an '06 Jeep Liberty CRD on which I'm (possibly) experiencing sticking turbo variable geometry vanes which cause a P0299 DTC (low boost pressure). One claimed fix for this condition is to remove the turbo and manually clean it. While researching other options, I came across a product named Revive Turbo and Engine Cleaner. The Revive website says this product is used while the turbo is installed on the vehicle and, if it does indeed work, that would make it particularly appealing as a fix.

Has anybody used this product? If yes, what kind of results did you achieve?

I used oven cleaner on my VW. Worked well and is cheap. Simply get the turbo warm, gain access to the exhaust side and douse with oven cleaner. VW turbos are vacuum controlled so I used a mityvac to excercise the vanes in the turbo. I had to perform the cleaning twice but it absolutely worked.

I've read a little about that method, but would still like any procedures/tips/etc you can provide about how best to do that.
