Revive Turbo and Engine Cleaner

I've got an '06 Jeep Liberty CRD on which I'm (possibly) experiencing sticking turbo variable geometry vanes which cause a P0299 DTC (low boost pressure). One claimed fix for this condition is to remove the turbo and manually clean it. While researching other options, I came across a product named Revive Turbo and Engine Cleaner. The Revive website says this product is used while the turbo is installed on the vehicle and, if it does indeed work (and I'm personally skeptical about it), that would make it particularly appealing as a fix.

Has anybody used this product? If yes, what kind of results did you achieve?
