Revo vs. previous Smarty sw

Does the REVO sw fix any issues compared to the Dec 13, 2007 S-06 software or does it just provide the new features?



I'm pretty happy with the previous sw, if the REVO doesn't fix any problems, I may just keep what I have.



Also, does anyone know how they get all of the 2003 thru 2007 REVO sw plus all of the torque managements plus all of the turbo/injector variations into one 5. 5MB zip file? The unzipped file for all of this is contained in 15. 5MB.



The previous SW needed 5. 5MB zip files for EACH TM and turbo/injector variation and it was split between 2003 to 2004 and 2004. 5 to 2007. The unzipped files for EACH of these is 27. 5MB.



Just wondering how they got it ALL into one smaller download compared to 32 large downloads???

I don't know how they get all that data in there at once, but it's nice. I'm just now starting to play with the higher setting since I have a trans and turbo to support it. I am disappionted in the amount of smoke I'm getting at the 90 hp timing level, I haven't tried the 130 yet. I'm using stock TM.
