Revo vs. TNT?

I just got the truck up and running with an AD 150, Vulcan Draw straw and an Industrial Injection "bag of parts" cp3 kit. Now that I have the extra filtration I'll bump up the rail psi and see how she goes. It does feel like it comes on sooner/stronger with these. Hopefully the rail psi will help with the mpg. I've also gone from 325/60/R20 to the stock size 265/45/R17. It's not even funny how easy I can break loose these little tires.

Well the last tank was 15. 14mpg on TNT sw2 tm2 tq3 rp3. I did put the Revo back in and run it for a while before I sold the box. TNT sw1 less smoke than any Revo setting, even with the added rp. I dont know when the last update was done to the Revo. The current TNT I think is version 4. 16A, now running TNT sw3 tm0/default tq3 rp3. I've also been driving in "tow/haul" just like it better, probably hurting the mpg a tiny bit?? sw3 feels pretty nice but more smoke.

I just got a brand new smarty S-06 PoD unit. The old units screen was going bad, plug it in and only some of the characters would come up, luckily I got the truck back to stock before she fully went down. Left Coast Diesel did some work on the truck for me and shipped it back to Bob. I got in return a brand new PoD unit with I assume the most recent Revo soft ware. I am running sw5 tq2 tm3 rp2. There is a big difference in the smoke. There is hardly any smoke. I am comparing the old Revo to the new. Old sw3 was horrible, worse than the TNT. This does feel weaker than the TNT. I dont have any numbers yet as I just filled up with the new tune. The truck dynoed at 411hp in stock tune.

She seems to run cooler with the Revo. I could easily hit 1500 on the pyro with the TNT maybe not enough air with the single. With the current Revo I have just touched 1300 wide open. Need to manage the throttle when fully open. She breaks loose pretty easy
