Use a pressure washer to get rid of the bulky junk, mud, dirt etc. then spray Castrol Super Clean on it. let sit for about 5 minutes (do not get any on the paint, and do not let it dry) then hose it off with the pressure washer.

Then use one of the vynl protectant sprays to bring back the glossy black color you had when new.

This is what I do to my Line-X coated Rocker Pannels.

I have had 2 trucks with spray in liners. I agree to spray in a degreaser, brush if ness. , then rinse. Spray in any type of protectant you like. I usually use whatever's cheapest at the time. But, beware, it's gonna be slick for a few days afterwards.

:p :p The dog does slide around:p :p

I have a Rhino liner in my truck. The installer said to use simple green to clean it and when it got so faded that I couldn't stand it to come back and they had a product that made good as new. i would give your installer a call.

rhino liner used to market a product called rhino shine available from installers. It was kinda like armor-all especially designed for the liners. I don't know if it is still available but its worth a try if your liner is looking dull.
