Ribs are in the smoker!!

Four racks of ribs are in the smoker. Supper will be served at 5PM Mountain time. BBQ Spare Ribs, French Fries, Tossed Salad, Relish Tray and Budweiser. If any one is in the area, drop in.

Darn it! If I'd seen this when it was posted, I'd made it on time! Maybe I could get a bone to naugh on?

Ribs were out of this world!! Sent a rack to our neighbor a couple of miles down the road. He called and said him and his wife ate the whole rack and several of the cookies.



Oh, the cookies, my wife baked some raisin cookies. Thats two big sugar cookies stacked and baked stuffed with raisins between them. Four of them and a quart of milk just about fills a guy up.



We ate a rack of ribs and have two left in the fridge. The Budweiser is all gone.

I am watering at the mouth for bbq ribs and also the Shell country.



For those of you that have never been around the Shell area I can tell you that this is some of the finest ground known to man... ... ... ... ... . I sure wish it was within reasonable driving distance to my job
