I just had the opportunity to deal with some of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I had purchased a Grover air horn kit from Rickson Accessories. I am by NO means a mechanic and took it to a local Cummins repair center to have them install it. When I first retrieved my truck, on trumpet would sound and it sounded like a Chicano low rider. I took my truck home and called Rickson. I hit the horn for them over the phone. When they were done laughing they immediately sent me out a new set of trumpets. This did not solve the problem. Now, one trumpet sounded, but it sounded like a fog horn. Called Rickson back. They sent me a new compressor and told me to have the garage call them so they could brainstorm. After some pride swallowing, the garage finally called. Guess what? I know have a functioning 133dB air horn.
If you ever need anything for your truck, give them a call. They treated me so well, they now have a permanent customer. In the age of everyone trying to compete with others via price gouging, I will settle for superb service any time over an extra $1. 00.
Matt and crew, if you are reading this, thanks again.
