I am thinking of getting RICKSON VISION TYPE 81 CAST ALUMINUM wheels as part of upgrading tires and suspension for a larger camper. It appears that there is an issue of getting this type in a stock offset (at least that's what it seems from the search of threads here and the Rickson website. )
The wider stance from the off set may provide some minimal increase in stability due to the wider track but will the wider offset increase the truck's components? Specifically, will the bearing, ball joints and tie rods wear prematurely?
It seems that there is a lot of information here on 19. 5's but I have not seen this issue addressed. Thanks.
