I posted this in the 1st Gen forum as I specifically would like to know if anyone has installed the larger tire/wheel combination on your truck, how do you like them, and are there clearance problems.

thanks,

John

<font color = blue> John, you should read this review off the TDR board itself or search both the archives and current sections. There's plenty of feedback already well documented. I'm going to get my set next April, before I return to Europe.

Thanks John for your input. I have read the articles referenced, including the article in the current issue. However, everything I have read concerns the newer trucks and not the first generation trucks, hence the post.

Thanks,

John

John, Yes they will fit. I have a set on my 92 D-350. I took them and got them put on before my trip to Montana. So my webpage does not show them on the truck. So far no problems at all. This was my concern as yours. I asked this same ? several months ago. Do a search..... I think it was Rick D. who convenced me they fit fine. Alot of $$$ but do look and ride very well. Mike
..... John I found the thread. Search " Rickson 19 " by user name David Phipps/Mike Hurd I posted 9-23-00 You'll read the replys to my orig question. Sorry but do not know how to shoe the url on my post back then.

they toyo's are just over 33" tall about 33. 7

Thanks, Dave and Rick. Appreciate the info. BTW - Dave did you ever talk to Sasquatch (spelling) in the new truck forum re. hotshoting?

Hey, I've got a 1992 W-350 can I put these on without a lift, and what is the average cost for steel rims. This truck is a dually.
