I currently run 315/75R16s on the stock alum rims on my '00 2500 4wd w/4. 10s. The 315s rub on the control arms before full steering lock making my turning radius even worse than normal. I'm going to start towing a 36ft 5th wheel & am more than a little concerned about my lack of turning radius. I'm seriously considering the 19. 5" wheels as this appears to be the only way to get a tire that is ~35" tall but only 10" wide (265/70R19. 5) that isn't obnoxiously loud & has higher enough load rating. Does anybody run this combo? Is there a rubbing problem -either on the control arm or fender well? I don't use my truck off-road, have a CJ-7 for that, but will want M&S rated tires for going to Tahoe in the winter.
