RIP '92 W250; AND what a sawzall can do!

Well, finally got around to dissecting the donor for my Crew conversion... . here is most of the frame and cab (sold the bed) in the bed of my Crew on the way to the Recycler. Couldnt quite fit it all in there but close. I didn't have access to a torch so a Sawzall had to do... . I had no idea how easy it would be! Only about 7 blades later.



At least the W250 donated it's organs to a good cause and will live on!

That's the same color as my truck. And probably in better shape too. My roof is rusting through. Of all places... . THE ROOF!!! Duh. :{

Yes, I mangled mine pretty good... it was messed up when I got the truck anyway. I just picked up a '90 D150 Club cab parts truck... going to pilfer the bed and tailgate and other odds and ends off of it.



Eventually, I'll get the Crew painted and get some nice wheels on it!

There you go. Thats why Dodge made 1/2 ton gassers. To keep a good supply of part out there for the good trucks.
