Rip Rook ROCKS! Exhaust......

Rip hooked me up once again.

He takes care of his customers. Just got a muffler from him. Bought his exhaust three years ago... straight pipe system. It's still on my truck and has been the *****. Got tired of the straight pipe sound... . guess I'm getting old:-laf...

I sent him an email and he hooked me up. Nice Donaldson... great price, fits like a glove.

I've literally been dealing with him for years... it doesn't get any better.

It sounds so much better with a muffler. I don't know how I put up with it for over 3 years... . actually over 6 including the Duramax.



I can hear the turbo much better and the mix of tubo whine and exhaust note is much sweeter...

I just bought my new HTT turbo from Rip, great price, and awesome customer service, very informative. Taking the time to talk and answer questions is huge and Rip took the time to help me. In this day and age customer service is lacking and finding a person who is willing to help is worth their weight in gold. I will definitely be a return customer for future needs.

I felt I needed to give another shout for Rip. I just order my new turbo, installed yesterday, thought the turbo had a problem, found the problem (Not the turbo). Anyway, called Rip before the problem was found and he was ready to bend-over backwards to get me a replacement. It didn’t come to that, but he was there if it would have.

Brett found the exhaust manifold gasket wasn’t quite lined up. The gaskets are 4 ply stainless steal and only 2 plies of the gasket made-it between the exhaust manifold and the head. So…it created quite the exhaust leak. Brett got all four ply’s lined-up, re-tightened everything and all is good. Turbo’s great. Oh, by the way, thanks Brett – Winspeed.
