SuperFlow dyno results

Can anybody guess how many trucks/people will show up?

Hey that gives me an idea. :confused: We will try to have a notebook or something to have everyone sign up their truck & #of people to see how big this gets. :cool:

Shay, are you keeping track of the things i have for you to do?

LaserBob

Yes Bob. Keeping track of you is a treat!

I'll start putting together an approximate head count, but you know how these things go... ... we never really know until the day of! I can guarantee you will have more then 17 trucks to dyno though. :D At our Charity Dyno Day in September, we did a grand total of 64! :--) I think at most of our dynos, we dyno right around 40-45 trucks! I think you will be kept busy and Bruce will bring in a fair amount.

I've got the flat black spray paint on my list to buy. I've already got the window chalk from last year. I'll bring an extra notebook or two and I'm taking care of the registration forms for everyone to fill out, so we can keep track of the results and post them later (plus, then I get to see what mods everyone is running :D ). I've got some extra chairs rounded up and a table or two. The food vendor and I are working on the menu. I am working on gathering up some old video from past events to show and maybe even set up the Playstation with a drag racing game (gotta practice those lights ya know :-laf . Lord knows I need it! :rolleyes: ). A few prizes have trickled in, not much, but at least a few things (the prize drawing will be free, we only charge for the tickets at the charity one :rolleyes: ). Fliers are slowly, but surely going up (thanks to Mike for making them) and ads will hit the newspapers in the next couple of weeks. Mike got a new Cummins and new Dmax from the local dealer in Greeley and I got a new PSD from Garnsey-Wheeler Ford for display. I think everything is moving right along and coming together pretty smoothly.

If you think of anything else, just holler! You know where to find me.

Shay

I'll be there for sure... good thing I'm finally getting the Isspro EGT guage put in this Saturday... It's going to hit 1600 degrees several times on this thing. How many folks are we looking at at this point?

Rumors

I don't know what you are talking about ;) But I sure do hope so :-laf :-laf

Mike, let's use STP #s for reference to get these things out in the real world. These are the numbers that SuperFlow says are most widely respected. :-{}

Bob

My Superflo numbers are there :-{} but like moolie said, the dynojet numbers look better :-laf

Dyno Numbers

Just so you guys know, on the 16th we are giving out STPpwr & StpTq (SuperFlow) numbers and WhlPwr & WhlTq (uncorrected) numbers. You will get these on your printed sheets.

Dynojet will not be here that day. The Lie Detector will! :-{}

LaserBob :-laf :-laf

yes sir well that's a bit more rough on a guy but maybe 500 is possible did you happen to get a package delivery yet mr bob... ... ????????

I'll be there with the 98 but I'm not sure it will dyno. The clutch is slipping on anything higher than 2x5 unloaded .

I would be willing to lend a hand whenever/wherever needed though.

Just let me know if there's anything I can do.

Joe

We have never had a real list of who is helping at these things. We just wing it. :confused:

If you are going to help hookup, plan to get dirty. (These trucks don't smoke) Leather gloves are good. :D

If you are not on the hookup crew or the owner of the vehicle in the dyno room, please stay out in the viewing area or outside. It will help us get things done.

As always, stay clear of the rear of the truck on the rolls. FLYING ROCKS HURT :eek: :eek: :eek:

Lets have some fun!

LaserBob

No list for help? Well if you want to start one you can put me on it. I will be there early and can help through the first 1/2 of the day, well as long as you dont let slip what happened the other night :-laf , otherwise I will have to play stupid (like that will be hard to do) and act like I have never seen you in my life. I will have to leave around 1ish though to get home in time for some previous though not as fun commitments.

say there big mike

so big mike u finally gonna take a lead on me or what. I just wanna know what took u so long. LOL

Curious if the Drag Comp will dyno higher than a standard Comp? I will be there to see if the Mach4s get to me 500 :)

It did better on my 02 vs the standard comp, but I do not remember how much. .
