Be nice to moolie, he just ate an antelope.

So far so good. Even after quite a hair raising ride home well at least to Pueblo from Cortez on Sunday. Go ahead and bring the sensor Saturday and I will get it from you then.

funny thing today

i was driving after getting the rig back from the body shop totally repaired as if nothing ever happened. I'm trying to get someone to get on it with me to see how it feels after driving the prizm for 3 days. then at a light a hemi driver turns out left going the opposite direction as me as yells out some crap like "tune that junk up". What an idiot this is just a prime example of the average person who doesn't even have a clue what he's talking about hands down. Deciding that he would be better off in my business then his. I should of went and chained his bumper to my prizm and pulled his arse all over this town. I hope that loser makes it to the dyno day so he can see what 675 load run looks like. it's not like i didn't turn around right away and try to get him but after going around the block i couldn't even see him anywhere. i started carrying a study i found on the internet comparing diesel exhaust and gasoline exhaust. People see black and they think i'm killing them or the ozone. Ignorance makes me want to kill them, theirs plus mine for lack of patience. Now i just hand them the paper and say here u go educate yourself so you don't say something foolish.

IT IS COMING UP THIS SATURDAY!!!!

Even if you don't plan on dynoing your truck, come on out anyway! There will be a prize drawing and you never know what else going on! Also there is supposed to be some newly twinned Cummins there (yo Bob  ) and some "trucks in hiding" that are supposed to show up!

Bill (our club member) will have his vendor food cart there early and will start off by serving up Breakfast Burritos, coffee and hot chocolate. For lunch, he will have hamburgers, hot dogs, Brat/German Sausage and a variety of drinks, including fresh squeezed lemonade, pop, water and fruit smoothies. Prices will range approx from $1 to $5. Let's show him our support!!!

Hope to see you all there!

Shay

having dt's

Hey guys sounds like i'm going to miss a great time. Wish I could attend but the 7000 mile trip from Iraq makes it unfeasable. I need to get out of here, I've started looking at some of the fords here and have caught myself thinking " that's pretty Nice" Just kidding I hope a great time is had by all. This is my first post on the boards but have had contact will a couple of the members at PFI, as well as at Truck fest.

Take care

Rafael

Rafael, Thanks for your service over in the sand pile first and secondly welcome to the TDR! When you get back, let us know and we'll tip back some cold ones and talk you into the right diesel. :D

Mike -

We should try to hook up with your guys on our way through Denver. Are you meeting up somewhere and jamming up together? We'll be smoking through Denver around 8 am - can we link up with you somewhere easy? Thoughts?

no twins

well we aren't going to have the twins up and running for the dyno day what a bummer but it's ok. It'll just postpone the enlightenment

That is a bummer. Teachs me to be bragging about something when I don't know that it will for sure be ready!!!! :(

Hope you guys all come out anyway!

it's ok

yeah it's probably better they didn't show up yet anyhow bob would have aged another 5 years this weekend if they had be on time. He was getting his coffee ready to go for the friday and saturday all night back to back. lol

We worked on the software yesterday and got things like we want them. We will have nice data sheets to go with your graph of your runs.

I will have some info posted on the wall in the shop explaining the sheets and the data that we will have for you. This is more detailed than just getting a graph of your 3 runs.

The data will include corrected pwr and tq and uncorrected pwr and tq. :-{} The sheet will show engine rpm and speed. That will give you a page with six columns of data for each run. We are going to overlay the graphs on one page so that it is easy to see the difference in your power settings.

I have made some sheets with other pertinent information about this dyno that will be posted. I hope that it will help all to understand what's happening. :) :)

Max,

Graystone Castle @ 120th has a parking lot that is easy in/out. Just a thought.
