Heavy Snow on the Way

Eric,

C'Mon 10th Oo.

Hi guys,

I'm a brand new member to the T. D. R. and would like to go to the get together on the 10th of March and just need to know if there is anything else I need to do.

Thanks,

Steve

Snow... ..... Just enough to cover the ground... . It never snows enough here. Oo.

SWhitaker, all you need to do is show up.

I'll be coming along with Eric so we can share driving duties through the flat states:D and get there faster. Looking forward to meeting you all !

I see KatDiesel is trying for a dragstrip day on March 10th, I think he's afraid to have it on the 16th or 17th, as that's when we'll be passing right back through his neck of the woods with a truck that can put down some numbers... .

RMTDR Gathering

Well I wish I could attend but unfortunately I am going to be out of state that day. Hopefully I will be able to make the next one so I could meet and learn from ya'll since I'm new and know little about bombing compared to most of you.

Joe

Dyno meet? Wait... we need to post a lineup of events b/c everyone up north here thinks all we are having is dinner.

What is the itinerary?

Which route are y'all taking? If its open I will be at KCIR (Kansas City) on the 17th as well 12pm to 4pm, but the weather has to be above 40° and sunny. I'll be down there on the 16th dynoing and changing injectors. If y'all are going via I-70 let me know! I figure once Eric gets an auto... I'm toast... . since hes got that pesky 12v and twins.

The strip by me in Omaha, doesn't open until March 30th.

When/where is this dyno thing? I didn't hear anything about it. Guess I could just show up @ the dyno meet and then follow everyone else around.

"Take me to your leader"... "what leader?"... .

I'm not sure if we are going down to Colorado Diesel to run the Dyno or not... when we originally posted it we really didn't get much response so it kinda faded out.

If Colorado Diesel is going to be open and people are interested... we can do that.

Any takers?? Anyone know if Colorado Diesel is open on Sunday?

Kev

Sorry, my mistake - no dyno! Al or Kevin, I called Tyler at CDE and he would like to set up a dyno day either 20th or 27th of Apr(Saturdays). He will call Al about it. They are shut on Sundays.

Well we are packed up and ready to start our trip to Colorado tomorrow morning. Looks like I will be driving the Excursion since we are taking more than I had planned. Look for a red PSD Excursion with Texas tags. Wish I could bring the Ram, but the heated seats in the Ford might come in handy :)

Thanks for the info Craig... I really appreciate it. .

GREAT TIME!

Just walked in the door, getting back from Denver. That was alot of fun. I know my "future diesel owner" had a blast too. She was hyped up all the way home and was ready to tell everyone all about it all the way to bedtime.

We should call Layne at DOR next time and make a field trip to his place for those interested. I was surprised how much interest there was in the bumper, and he lives not 5 min from there.

Next time maybe I'll remember the temp difference and bring my coat! brrrr. And maybe someplace we could talk vice shouting over the band, but the food was great and so was the company so it balanced out nicely.

Thanks to all that helped set that up. :D

Brian

ps. For all of you that didn't know Sregorb is B Rogers backwards... :p LOL

bout time

Sorry I am just now posting. LONG WEEK! I can't speak for everyone, but I am ready to do that again! The food was great and so were the people! I was a pleasure being among the RMTDR members (and that Ford guy:D). Hope to get out there for the race in July, see you all then!
