i had some paint problems with my silver road armor bumper and it was out of their 90 day paint warranty. nobody was willing to help me and it was going to cost me $600 in total shipping to get in repainted. then i spoke with JIM MEDLOCK at road armor.



i have to say he was willing to do whatever it took to get my bumper fixed. we worked out a fair shipping arrangement and they stripped and repowdered my entire bumper and brackets, all new hardware and badges. it just arrived to my front door tonight. i have not even opened it to look at it yet. they really do a good job with the package so that it does not get damaged.

Hey how long did you have to wait??

The reason I ask is my BUMPER IS PEELING In sheets,,I sent E-MAILS,,lettters with pictures,,paint samples,,etc... ...

No one there seems to care that there product is CRAP an not will to make right...

I have MANY PICTURES to show ,,,,it any one would like to see what you can get for your BIG BUCKS,,,,,Bumper was less then 6 months old when,,started pealing and RUSTING. .
