So now you refuse to support/pay a subscription that 'caters' to the likes of the conservatives... I think they hardly cater to conservatives. They provide vast forums with tons of good information and provide ONE place for people to go rant. (which you've willingly participated in)



So. . if thats the way you feel... then go subscripe to a liberals only site and be with a bunch of like minded, like thinking people and never have an open discusion with them...



Isn't thay why the Ford group gets such a bad rap???

Tractorface, I like your idea about banning those stinking cigarettes. I see alot of people throwing cigarette butts out the window. I would like to have about 20 gallons of the butts and throw them on the persons lap when they flip one out the window. I'm sure they throw them down on there floor at home.

Who said I wanted to subscribe to a liberals only site? Speak for yourself. Conservatives don't bother me. Loudmouths of either extreme do. When Sled Puller made his comment about Bill F and his kind being the reason we lost the Vietnam war (conflict) and he's still here and Bill is gone, I learned the kind of people the TDR caters to. If Robin wants to cancel my sub, not a problem. I've been a member since '95. A lot has changed since then. There are more civil sites to be a member of available on the net. Most of the valuable information here and elsewhere is hearsay and hype. The difference is the atmosphere. I don't care to be a part of the Jerry Springer show.

Who we elect to public office and how they conduct that office and all the things that go with it, strike me as pretty darn important.

Some of us--on both sides of the fence---feel strongly about this subject and also feel that discussion and exchange of views is both healthy for us and constructive for the country.

What would the country be like if we all ignored what office holders did or did not do??



And I suppose when one has a lot of passion for their beliefs, one might get a little heated in discussing those beliefs---of course, I never would, but maybe some might :>)

I've exchanged several e-mails with Bill. Yes what he did was wrong. I read the post from Sled Puller before it was edited. Sled Puller has no limits when it comes to instigating and antagonizing. He meant exactly what he said. It was a direct attack on Bill as a Vietnam veteran. Bill reacted. I have a friend in Iraq right now. I had relatives in Vietnam. Yes I take it personally. The TDR has become like a bad habit. When the sub is up, the temptation won't be available. I don't plan to get over it. First there was Jane Fonda, then Sled Puller. I won't support either or any business that promotes either.

Steve your little rant that I quoted above is no different than what sledpuller does, he goes in with a quick left hook to see what he can make contact with, guess he caught you square in the jaw. The only difference between your bashing him and him bashing you or even someone else is you get upset, he just works on his next comeback. Some people are just too sensitive around here.

Two words------------Pertater gun!!

I did see a cool way to build such a beast. A head of air is held against an accumulator and a small valve is opened which opens a large valve really fast[just like an air brake bellows works]. It empties out 3 gallons of 100PSI air in a fraction of a second. I wonder what kind of sound that would make if fired empty?

Do not even think of firing any kind of projectile out of this thing at anyone. At 400 feet per second and the diameter of the missile, it could be very deadly. Also building one out of PVC pipe could have some surgeon busy picking pieces of this thing out of your spleen. :--)

Commenting on this threads subject of "Road Rage"... . I don't have time to read through all the pages

I was stopped at a light in Monroe, Washington last weekend when I saw a sticker in the window of the SUV in front of Me that read. "Our baby "childs name" was taken from us from Road rage". As I was driving with my two babies in my dually, it made real sad and start thinking twice about how I react to others actions on our roads, as well as how one seeming little action of yours could result in a tragety you'll live with forever. Not cool.

Mount two of these under the front bumper and run the feeder rails under the truck and into the bed ... Commuter Control Devices. Just think of the cars behind you swerving all over the place due top the thousands of spent casings.
