Road stripping paint on truck

One of the things we've found is waterless hand cleaner WITHOUT pumice..... gojo, and the other brands have worked for us.....

Well, just an update, tried paint thinner, acetone, bug & tar remover, hand cleaner..... looks like the truck will have little yellow spots for a few years :{

I wonder iff the DOT might have any ideas? I'm sure they've had other people in the same boat...
