Is this normal? An 02 that started road walking as if the steering had 200K miles on it. I notice the ad in TDR for aftermarket replace parts - is this the way dodge made the parts - to wear that quick? What is the best solution? Any input will be appreciated

Check your track bar and ball joints. I've replaced both at 68 k. It really sucks that they don't last longer, but such is life. B. T. W. I'm replacing all the ball joints in a f-350 at work at 37k  ,so at least ours are making almost twice as long. Funny thing is they are the same ball joints(Dana 60). What happens is water and corruption get in past the boot and eats em up,no grease fitting on the factory ones :( . The lowers usually are the worst. Go with good quality B-joints(I get mine from Napa, they are Danas/lifetime warranty)with grease fittings. As far as the track-bar,Advance has lifetimes for $100 or you can do like me and install a "Lukes link" GO HERE to check them out... Doug

Oh yea...

... have you put bigger tires on. When I put on my 285's I noticed a good bit of wander above 65 mph. Fixed that with a Sky-Jacker twin steering stabilizer... Doug
