Just wanted to give credit and thanks to Robin for helping with out with info and contacts to assist me getting a part I was needing BAD, without her help I would not have had near the quick response. I am a full timer and in SC on the road and she made life easier for me for sure THANK YOU ROBIN. Just one more example that Geno`s and TDR are the best and Robin is surely one of the reasons.

Well then YEAH for us cause we all do good together! I did recieve the Part from Steve at AFE overnight and at NO CHARGE so there is another manufacturer that does have super customer service. Not all of us are crooked!

I have to say they all are the best! Robin and Andy have been putting up with my incessant e-mails regarding a mundane installation issue of a gauge pod. Robin and Andy have been excellent and prompt in their responses to me! That is customer service a lot of companies could learn from.

BTW, I'll be in your neighborhood this August. Does Geno's have a brick and mortar building we can visit and meet the staff personally? Unfortunately I won't have Big Gray with me but I'd love to put faces with names.
