Does anyone have the part # for the rocker plugs? I pick up my truck tomorrow and would like to have them but my dealer doesn't know anything about them. Thanks in advance, Andy

#4860953AA is a number I picked up from a post a while back. I had just saved the part number with the intention of getting them when my truck comes in.

Let me know if it's a good number, and how much $

yep, good number - and $1 a piece

If you make enough noise, the dealer usually will give them to you and install them. They were standard on the 03's and early 04's before they discovered they could put 2" masking tape over the holes and paint over them.

I got mine at NO CHARGE! :D

Hate to sound stupid but what are rocker plugs and what do they do Ski

Plug the holes in the rocker panel under the cab with a plastic / rubber cap. From the factory the holes are covered with tape

i checked mine today, the material seems to be a type of fab patch. we use them on the planes here. they hold up very well to jet blast, assuming they are applied correctly. i wouldn't worry about them falling off, but who can resist a cheap upgrade? not me.
