Quick install

The cut away portion of the sensor allows it to be rotated on the set screw. This mechanically positions the sensor in the sensor mount a couple of degrees ahead of the stock position. Hold the sensor up to the mount and note where the cut away portion of the sensor is, this is the way to rotate it before tightning the set screw. My sensor rotates clockwise around the set screw to advance. A piece of electrical tape on the cut away portion backs the timing down about . 1 degree per piece of tape, just stack the tape to tune the position of the sensor. That's what the info says.

Not sure how impressed I am with it. I've taped it, retaped it, took it out, put it back in with more different tape. The thing is, when first installed, seems to run great at 2 degrees full advance, a little more power maybe but noisy, even when retarded about half way back to stock position still rattles after it has been installed awhile. Haven't figured this out yet.
