Can a Rokktech crank sensor and smarty be run together? I have a smarty and was thinking about adding a Rokktech but does the smarty all ready do the timing advance?
When I was checking goodies out after tax time, I asked Bob that same question. He said not to use a Rokktech or the tone ring mod as the Smarty adds the timing itself and with the other mod's it may be too much. But with the Smarty you have the option of either a program with or without timing. So if you have either of the timing mods you can try it on the odd programs and if there is too much timing go with the even programs.
As I normally don't know what I am talking about, this may or may not be correct. :-laf
The Rokktech is a static 2* of timing. I think the smarty gives you more timing as RPM's increase. There is probably more value in the Smarty timing. Especially through the RPM range for more power and lower EGT's.
