Does the CTD "rock" much on it's engine mounts?

Ditto this question with a TST... .

What about combining the tone ring mod (or Rokktech sensor) with Edge or TST? Any advantage to doing it?

Does it make sense to add the Rokktech cam sensor if you have the Juice/Attitude? Doesnt the Juice advance timing as it is?

Definately! I have done the RokkTech Crank Sensor and also the Tone Ring Mod. Low end is much better and it alot of fun to drive. Haven't noticed any difference in mileage. I had them both at full advance for about 4 degrees. I have since backed off the RokkTech about 1 degree, but still don't see any difference in mileage.

But it's alot more fun to drive with the improved low-end performance! Oo. :D

What are the symptons of too much injection timing? Pinging, exhaust color?

Why is too much a bad thing? Cylinder pressures, load, etc?

Where does stock 3rd-gen injection timing compare relative to a stock 2nd gen or stock 12-valve?

On the 1st and 2nd gens they talk about 16* (for example) as optimum so is this where we want to get to? So say if the TST does 12* and the sensor does 4*, does the TST add 12* to the 4* or only adds 8* to get 12* because of the ECM programming?

Good Combo!

Gentlemen, I am a believer! I have had the Juice/Attitude on my 04. 5 for almost a year and it is great. Under the "more is better" theory, I put on a Rokktech sensor this past weekend. It DOES make a difference. To get the timig advance and mileage increase I would run the Juice on 3 or 4 depending which trailer was on the back. Now I have the same power with the Rokktech at full advance and the Juice on setting 1. (Setting 0 has too much turbo lag. ) I did a test run with the Rokktech at full advance and the Juice on 5. No funny noices or problems with the engine, but the trans didn't like it. Even the wife detects that it was quieter and smoother. I think I'm going to need the Dunrite converter and shift kit soon!

Have you noticed lower EGT with the Rokktech sensor and Juice?

Yup, EGTs were typically under 600 at cruise (65mph) with the Rokktech, like around 550 and under 500 when coasting. Idle temps still did not come down under 320 or so after a minute or two. I didn't do much WOT testing but with the Juice, I never saw over 1300 pre-turbo with or without the sensor mod.
