I have notice the last couple times it's rain that a few drops of water coming off my passenger side visor bracket (the part that it clips into not the hinge side of the visor).

So what I did was I took my roof light right above it thinking this was the best possible water inlet since the windshield is to low and this leakage tends to happens when parked not driving. When I removed it and it was dry under the light house but I put my finger in the hole and found it was wet, so I tried the center light and it had a little moisture under the light housing.

Does anyone have any idea's how to stop this? I cleaned the roof/seal real well and applied a good coat of wax under the light and then bolted the light back on and waxed the light housing it's self and waxed the roof. .

If anyone has any idea's what else to do please let me know.

Dual3500s: I found my leak was caused by light that was cracked... . it has multiple tiny cracks. I don't know if the cracks were caused by the installation process or the light was hit by something. I replaced the light and pulled all mounting screws and dipped them in clear rtv and reinstalled and have not had a leak since.

I just read today in the lated TDR in the TSB section about roof leaks. There is a TSB involving replacing the clearance lamp lenses with new ones that have gaskets.

Mine was doing the exact same thing. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it (warranty) The dealer told me that it is a common problem they see alot. They put new cab lights in and the problem was fixed. Good Luck.

I had the same leak on the driver's side last year and the dealer replaced the lights under warrenty and it has been fine since.
